Delivery Information

EL Print Pte Ltd does its utmost best to facilitate all of our customers’ delivery requests. If you wish to have your order delivered using any other method that isn’t listed below, feel free to contact us or include it in the comments section located at the bottom of the order confirmation page. 

Courier 
All of our customers, regardless of their order sizes, can request for delivery through our courier. Delivery dates are scheduled with a minimum of 2 days in advance. This period is necessary for El Print to make the appropriate arrangements for you to receive your order punctually.  

Courier delivery will be charged to the customer at the following rates: 

• $25 per trip 

Self-Collection 
El Print offers self-collection at our office to all of customers.  Self-collection is completely free-of-charge. 

SingPost 
Delivery via SingPost is recommended for orders containing 1 to 4 pieces at maximum. We offer only registered postage and SMARTPAC through SingPost. Charges will follow the rate in accordance to the package's weight. El Print Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss of parcels.
