El Print Pte Ltd takes pride in providing you -- our customer -- with exactly what you want. Because we stand behind the work we produce. Our work process requires us to follow approved design proposals strictly. The printing only commences after confirmation has been received by the customer. This is to prevent any form of disatisfaction from the customer.


Possible Reasons for Return


Due to the nature of silkscreen printing, DTG printing, heat transfers, vinyl printing, and embroidery, El Print Pte Ltd will only replace defective items or for the following reasons:

  • The blank product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.),
  • You find the decoration quality (screenprinting, embroidery, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level, or
  • The design on the products you received is markedly different than the final online representation you approved.
  • Printing ink bleeds noticeably within 7 days after delivery


Notice About Ink Colors


Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colours represented on the online art approval and Design-It-Yourself Lab may not match the actual ink or thread colors printed on your garments. El Print Pte Ltd will not be responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request. El Print Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject sample requestes deemed unreasonable.


Garment Sizing


Garment sizing can varies between manufacturers and styles. Relevant size charts for each of our products can be found in each of the product descriptions. El Print Pte Ltd will not be held responsible if the size ordered by the customer does not fit.


How to Request a Return


Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 7 working days of receiving your order. All defective materials must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements. Please call us at +65 6100-5225 or email us to process your return.
